JOIN OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board of Directors
The Racial Equity Screen Office (RESO) is a Vancouver based national office that supports the mentorship, training, funding, production, and distribution of content by racialized Canadian filmmakers with diverse stories told through our diasporic migrant lens with a major goal to build greater business opportunities and markets for content from racialized communities in and outside of Canada. RESO is also the presenting host for the Global Creative Summit: EXNW.
We are pleased to announce that RESO is seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors who can bring their expertise and experience to advance RESO's mission. The Board of Directors plays an essential role in shaping and overseeing the strategic direction of the organization and driving our mission to empower racialized Canadian filmmakers through sustainable development.
The ideal candidate(s) will possess a strong commitment to RESO's values and mission, as well as relevant experience, knowledge, and/or effectiveness in one or more of the areas below (please see Appendix A for definitions): For this intake, we hope to fill gaps in our Board Matrix in the following areas: Accounting, Finance and Legal, but we welcome all experiences to apply.
